Cultural Hearths of Pavala
The cultural hearths of Pavala, also known as cradles of civilization, are the major regions from which much of the world's crops, beliefs, systems of measurement and domesticated animals stem from. There are generally considered to be <two> cultural hearths, known as the island of Unuvun and the Kasin Valley in the Hac region.
Hearths
Unuvun
The modern strain of Unuvi rice arose somewhere around 12,000 Y. In the ensuing millenniums, it spread across Unuvun and throughout the Southern Rim. Around 14,000 Y, the Aeridanish civilization developed in the Hsuvei Plain, and was heavily influenced by the cultivation of rice. Hsilas and kias soon spread to the island via trade with the rest of the Htaevic Rouge, and additional crops such as the tree-produced sicharas and plams were first cultivated here. The ièki also was domesticated sometime around 14,500 Y by the Aeridanish.
