The Commonwealth of Nokhta (CoN) is a union consisting of 25 member states located in Nokhta and its outlying islands. The Commonwealth of Nokhta was announced in the Sosena Declaration in Sosena, Rokhtaera, in Y 9,900, following the First Windward War, as the majority of Nokhta became involved as allies and sought closer cooperation among each other. It was eventually founded in Suvara, Fennori, in 9,901, and launched later that year in Sosena.

The Commonwealth has an estimated population of over 1.1 billion people, and includes popular world landmarks such as the Cities on the Atrekhorian, the Grand Triple Basins, and the Khydean Plateau. The primary working languages include Narunaeic, Vinaein, and Raganiskian.
