Ketae

its one of the staple crops of ganuo, it grows on quick growing bushes, doesn't deplete the soil super fast, second most important crop in the pre-industrial ganuoan diet, tastes like apples (nowhere near as sweet), is purple, high carb content low fat and protein content. many more inland people of ganuo in ancient times relied mainly on ketae, but it could not (and still cannot) support the same population densities as sugo.
