Khaicó

Khaicó (Soleani pronunciation: [χaiǂɤː]) is a city in the Khaicó Soleani Autonomous Province in far southern Laewa. It lies a mere 20 miles north of the Qaewa border with Solea. Historically, Khaicó, both the city and the surrounding region, have been part of the Soleani Confederacy and the modern state of Solea, being highly interconnected with nearby centers of influence like Naktona, Ŋexukqe, and Pirák. However, with the increasing centralization of the Socialist Autarky entering the modern era, some in the region felt alienated. This led to the decision to exclude the area from Solea and the Free Federation entirely during the initial Amalthean Demarcation, when the external borders of the founding members of the Free Federation were set. In the early years of the Free Federation, Khaicó grew considerably as those who supported less strict regulation in nearby places like Naktona chose to leave and flocked to the region. The city is primarily Soleani in ethnicity. It has a population of idfk probably like 100k.
