Lyrem

Lyrem, officially the Union of Lyrem, is a large multiethnic nation that spans the rift valleys between Delezia and Hazele. The Lyrem Civilization is one of the oldest continuous civilizations on Pavala, with the current emperor of Lyrem, Bixen Babit, being the 174th member of the world's oldest dynasty. Its capital city, Shopt, lies on major east-west and north-south trade routes, and is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities on Pavala with a modern day population of 23 million people.
