Standard Modern Htaevic is a language spoken by millions of people as a lingua franca based mainly on the popular speech of Yot Siae Kan and supplemented with an enormous amount of vocabulary and linguistic constructs from Classical Htaevic. It is written using the Unified Hlunliw script and is one of the two official languages of Meó. The language has influence throughout the Shattered Islands and in certain diaspora communities in Ivinis.
