Herunis, officially known as the The Kingdom of Herunis and informally known as just the Northerly Island by mainland Nokhtans, is an island country located just north of Nokhta, separated by the Demitha Sea. It is part of the Commonwealth of Nokhta, being part of the Trioxis of Nokhta by serving as a counterbalance against Rokhtaera's supreme dominance. Neighboring countries include Ovjuga and Sovnka to the east, Isdonie and Etva to the south, and Ninsu to the southwest. Herunis is a unitary parliamentary constitutional monarchy, with its capital Kupoia being located on the western end of Herunis, across from the city of Arodet of Sovnka.
