Sovnka, officially known as the The High Kingdom of Sovnka and informally known as just the High Kingdom by its subjects, is a country located on the northern portion of Nokhta, centered around the Emerald River Basin. It is part of the Commonwealth of Nokhta, being part of the Trioxis of Nokhta by serving as a counterbalance against Rokhtaera's supreme dominance, in which they border with towards the south. Other neighboring countries include Ritiam to the west, Herunis and Ovjuga to the north, Khydea and the Triple Khynokht Association to the east, and the enclaved country of Aswikhta. Sovnka is a federal parliamentary semi-constitutional monarchy, being comprised of the twin kingdoms of Sovaeko and Aenka, the Grand Republic of Ithimiko, three grand duchies, thirteen duchies, twenty-five principalities, the League of Cities, and the High Capital City of Khiarami.
